ANC’s principals have over 15 years of operational experience in the multifamily space, bringing a unique perspective to new construction. The company has acquired, managed, and sold over 1,600 multifamily units since 2011. ANC is a licensed KB-1 general contractor with the capability to entitle, design, finance, and construct multifamily and build for rent communities.
ENTITLEMENTS & DESIGN
ANC has rezoned and obtained entitlements for numerous projects, designing product and site plans for various size communities. The company has in house expertise conducting community outreach, rezoning, optimizing product types and site planning in a given submarket.
CONSTRUCTION
ANC is a licensed KB-1 general contractor with a focus on construction of multifamily and build for rent communities. Horizontal apartments and garden style apartments each have their own unique challenges that ultimately need to tie back to a developer’s proforma. Our team has the experience maximizing value and executing field operations.
FINANCE
ANC has access to and experience obtaining debt and equity financing for new construction. If a project needs capital, we are more than a contractor. The company has raised $120 million of equity financing from private investors for its own projects.
