INVESTMENT CRITERIA

We identify both new development opportunities and the acquisition of mismanaged multifamily communities in order to:

(1)  Improve the property’s operations,

(2) Distribute tax advantaged cash flow to investors, and

(3) Sell the asset at a premium after several years of ownership.

We focus on new development opportunities or under-appreciated communities
to hedge downside risk created during economic downturns and
generate outsized returns.
